What kind of oil are you gulping?

From Ideal Bite, a reminder of how we can all do something small for the environment.

Creating that plastic bottle of H20 you chug after a workout involves water pumping, bottling, plastic manufacturing, label printing, shipping, store refrigeration, and advertising. And that's before you drink it and throw it away.
